The "Rosary with Scripture and Religious Reflections" is a book prepared by Court Our Lady of Guadalupe, #2250. It includes the Luminous Mysteries Most of the Catholic book stores and gift shops in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Tempe, Lake Havasu and Safford and have the book. Two audio tapes made from the book are also available. Recently a Large Print book was also printed.
All money donated for the book and tapes goes to the Court Our Lady of Guadalupe, #2250 "Charities And Projects." It may be ordered through Radio Family Rosary in Phoenix.
On November 19, 1994, Court Our Lady of Guadalupe, #2250, recorded the Joyful Mysteries of the rosary using the book, "Scriptural Rosary" from the Scriptural Rosary Center. We had a two-fold purpose--to record it for the Radio Family Rosary which airs on 1280 AM nightly in Phoenix, and to supply a tape of the rosary to each of our prisoner friends when they were released.
2.
The Court prepared a copy of a scripture rosary for use in the prisons. It was edited, revised, and revised. Additions were also made. Prayers or readings were added before each Our Father.
3.
The book created in step 2 was translated into Spanish. New books were made for use inside the prisons. English was printed on the left side of the page and Spanish on the right.
4.
Our Catholic Daughter Court Our Lady of Guadalupe, #2250, edited the book again, copyrighted it and began to sell the English copy. We now have one in Spanish and in Large Print. They all include the Luminous Mysteries.

NOTE: Court Our Lady of Guadalupe, #2250 has only 18 members. Proceeds from the book sales go to our charities. Our charities include Mother Teresa, André House, St. Vincent De Paul, sewing machines for the third world countries, prison ministry, etc.
We feel that this book is an important project for us since all of our members are very interested in seeing the scriptural rosary promoted.

We visit prisoners at the Federal Correctional Institutions five or six times a month to pray the rosary with the inmates. We visit inmates at Estrella, Durango, and Perryville. We bring Holy Communion and encourage the Federal inmates to make rosarys.
Yarn is collected for women prisoners to make blankets, hats, gloves, sweaters, stuffed toys, and other crocheted items. These are either given directly to the agencies for the homeless or are sold at church bazaars and bake sales. The stuffed toys are sometimes raffled. All proceeds of the sales go to the poor in Phoenix.
We have donated a Tilma of Our Lady of Guadalupe to the Women's Camp (see picture above--one of the inmates crocheted a rosary of roses for Our Lady--the roses represent their prayers). Our Catholic Daughters of the Americas sisters throughout the state of Arizona have graciously donated to our prison fund for purchasing bilingual Divine Mercy booklets, holy cards, prayer books, newsletters for parolees, rosary books with scripture, and rosary-making supplies, etc. They also contribute yarn for the prisoners.
We have a Prison Prayer Ministry in which members and other Christians adopt a prisoner in prayer for one year. You are given the first name only of the inmate for whom you will be praying. If you are interested in participating in this,
Includes Mystical Rose prayer, Pope John Paul II prayer, novena, prayers for America, husband and wife, for our children, for those aborted and the abortion victims, and many more.
